The annual Downtown Trick-or-Treating and Halloween Parade is a day to remember every October as the community transforms into a crowd of spooky, clever, and funny costumes.
A shared collaboration between Destination Oneonta, Oneonta Rotary Club , and Oneonta Lions Club.
Main street businesses hand out candy, Muller Plaza is alive with activities, and the parade progresses down main street with an ending of apple cider and apple cider donuts on Market Street.
